Henryk Ptasiewicz designed seven St. Louis 250 cakes in the 2014 event. When asked about the design for his cake at Lambert Airport, Henryk said he enjoyed the fun modern design and he displayed Lindbergh’s Spirit of St Louis and the distinct yellow fire engines.
